บริหารและพัฒนา Responsible Care ในประเทศไทย โดยส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนสมาชิกในการนำหลักการดูแลด้ วยความรับผิดชอบไปใช้ในการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม สุขอนามัย ความปลอดภัยของธุรกิจ และชุมชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อเนื่อง และยั่งยืน รวมทั้งสื่อสารและเผยแพร่หลักการผลงาน Responsible Care ให้เป็นที่ยอมรับของสาธารณชน

Manage and develop Responsible Care in Thailand by providing supports to member companies implementing Responsible Care as the system to manage Environment Health and Safety issues for their business and community to be continuously effective and sustainable as well as communicating the principles and activities of Responsible Care to be generally recognized by the general public.
